These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Convicted Gentlemen Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 39-2536706), at app.convictedgentlemen.org (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or making a donation, you agree to these Terms.

About the Foundation

Convicted Gentlemen Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our mission is to reduce recidivism and support successful reentry through The Conviction Curriculum®, a 12-week behavioral transformation program delivered inside state prisons and community partners across Arizona.

Donations

When you make a donation through the Service, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount you specify. Donations are processed by Stripe, Inc. — we never see or store your full payment card information.

Tax deductibility: Convicted Gentlemen Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. A tax receipt will be emailed to the address you provide at the time of donation.

Recurring donations: if you authorize a monthly recurring donation, your payment method will be charged each month on the same day until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing us at the contact address below.

Refunds: charitable donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

The name “Convicted Gentlemen®”, the trademark “The Conviction Curriculum®”, all curriculum materials, assessment instruments, and all other content on the Service are owned by Convicted Gentlemen Foundation or its affiliated entities and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its accounts, or its data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to it
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our written permission

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any reliance on information provided through the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convicted Gentlemen Foundation and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
